We will gladly accept returns with a postmark within 14 days of purchase.We will issue a refund,exchange or store credit.Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.We do not accept merchandise that has been worn,soiled or damaged.Returned merchandise MUST BE in resaleable condition.Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and tags intact to receive complete credit.When exchanging merchandise you are responsible for return shipping and shipping back to you.Please include a copy of your original sales ticket with your return.All sales are final if not postmarked within 14 days of purchase.We will not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.Communion,Fowergirl,Holiday or Special Occasion Dresses are NOT returnable.Pre-Ordered items can only be exchanged for a store credit.

All items are not guaranteed until they ship.We do our best to keep up on our inventory.

Pre-oreders are advance purchases on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date.We special order these items especially for you and ship them when they become available.Each collection ships at different times therefore must be placed on a separate order.A non refundable deposit of 20% is taken for each collection.Pre-orders are returnable within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.Sales become final after 15 days of receipt.
